This policy describes prohibited uses of ClinicianCompanion App services and related AUDIA ecosystem infrastructure.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the services for illegal activity, abuse, spam, harassment, credential attacks, unauthorized scraping, unauthorized testing, exploitation, malware, denial-of-service activity, impersonation, fraud, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Health, research, and sensitive systems

Do not misuse health, research, clinical, prototype, or client systems. Do not upload data you are not authorized to provide. Do not attempt to access records, dashboards, files, APIs, or accounts without permission.

Security research

Good-faith security reports are welcome when conducted responsibly: avoid privacy harm, data access, persistence, service disruption, social engineering, extortion, or public disclosure before remediation coordination.

Enforcement

Access may be limited, suspended, terminated, logged, investigated, or reported when misuse creates security, legal, operational, privacy, or safety risk.
